Haupt Lakrits SALT Lakritzstücke salzig enthalten 9% Rohlakritz aus Kalabrien (andere Lakritzsorten enthalten meist 2 bis 6% Rohlakritz). Haupt Lakrits SALT Lakritzstücke salzig haben einen intensiven Duft mit Noten von Kräutern, Tabak und Teer. Der Geschmack ist intensiv, salzig und leicht rauchig mit einer milden Salmiaknote.
Die Konsistenz bietet einen deutlichen Kauwiderstand, die Oberfläche ist trocken, das Mundgefühl ist ausbalanciert und bietet einen langanhaltenden Nachgeschmack.
Die Herstellung erfolgt auf traditionelle Art durch einen 8-stündigen Kochvorgang und eine 10-wöchige Reifezeit. Haupt Lakrits SALT Lakritzstücke salzig enthalten keine Farbstoffe, keine Glanzmittel und keine E-Zusatzstoffe.

Zu Haupt Lakrits SALT Lakritzstücke salzig passt ein fülliger Rotwein oder ein rauchiger Whisky.
